TIPS x TIDO MALAM

Assalamualaikum..

Herm.. ad 1 of my fren tnye... Iqa, ko x ngantok ke x tdo mlm then g stdy kat lib.. n my ans is not... then die tnye mcm ne ea ko ley x tdo n x ngantok?

Ok this is my tips la yg digunakan..

  1. Niat dalam hati awal2... " Ya Allah, ak nak bertahan malam ni atas sebab2 --------"
  2. then utk tmbhan, belilah air nescafe ais kat sahur... haha
  3. pastu, klu ko nk stay sbb stdy, ko decide la sumthng yg xkn wat ko boring.. klu cam ak, "ak decide camni, 30min ak stdy, then 10min ak tgk korean drama... cara ni pon ak gne time stdy kat lib"
  4. otherwise, klu ko xnk stdy n ko niat nk tgk movie ke ape ke, ko kna la pilih movie yg betol2 ko suke... hehe...
  5. pastu, pg tu dalam kul 6, ko da siap2 solat, ko kna la tdo kejap.. 30 min ke.. cukup r.. klu ak 15 min pon cukup.. then ak ley continue stdy...
  6. ble stdy tu.. ko kna set mind ko, huh lenanye tdo malam td... insyaAllah ko x ngantok...
  7. then ble ko ase ngantok, cepat2 tarik nafas n wat gerakan muka... urutan kat muka... huhu
  8. tp klu ko da x tahan sgt... ko tdo la dlm 15min.. nant ko akn segar...
  9. sepanjang hari tu.. make sure air mst ada je di sisi ko.. kna mnum bnyak air...
  10. klu bole minum mineral water... bkn yg air suling tu.. hihi..
ok la cik odah.. ni jela tips yg ak mampu bg ko.. haha....
